Aysel Korkmaz
Aysel is a managing associate specializing in the Patent and Dispute Resolution. She is currently working on patent litigation ranging from infringement to negative clearance actions, data protection and exclusivity particularly in the pharmaceuticals and machinery sectors.
She also advises on insurance and reinsurance
litigation and disputes, particularly high level construction and fire
claims. She represents London Reinsurers in relation to the fire at the Cargo
Building at the Istanbul airport.
She is a graduate of Yeditepe University in
Istanbul and holds an LL.M. in International Commercial and Business Law from
University of East Anglia in the UK and she has been a member of the Istanbul
Bar Association since 2005.
